Ship pumps

Ship (salt-water) pumps - are the pumps aimed for seawater pumping. This group includes ship pumps used in cooling, fire-fighting, sanitary, draining, ballast and discharging marine systems of ships, hulls and waterborne vehicles. Differential characteristic of salt-water pumps is the fact that the material of the blading section is as a rule made from bronze, which is stable to salt-water and its steams. Depending on functionality, pumps have diverse design.

The electric pumps like NTsV the series aimed for salt-water pumping have a construction with double end-face seal. Recently the ship pumps became common use in pump stations and systems located on shore. In this case the ship pumps can be easily changed with another type of a pump. The ship pump is often used for fresh water at temperature up to 70 degrees C with high concentration of sand and salts (Cenomanian water), for distillate (or bidistillate) of petrol. In such a case reliability reserve is of next-higher order than the same of iron and steel pumps aimed for fresh water pumping. We produce high quality pumps using special alloys in our work on a base of bronze, titanium, stainless steel. This allows lowering significantly the pumps weight, increasing corrosion stability to salt-water. Life-time of our pumps is rated for all waterborne vehicle exploitation duration. Presence of new modern acoustic laboratory equipped by measuring devices of electronic kind allows us to produce pumps with low vibration&noise characteristics, which meets the highest (4-th) acoustic requirement.
