Nuclear power industry

The LGM pumping equipment is successfully exploited on all the power generating units of atomic power stations including small and development reactors built in Soviet Union and Eastern Europe countries within last 50 years. Recently LGM pumps were replaced in planned order and successfully upgraded on the following Atomic Power Stations: Smolenskaya (Russia), Ignalinskaya(Russia), Kurskaya (Russia), Paksh (Hungary), Dukovany (Czech Republic).

Also LGM serial pumping assemblies are used in water intake systems (external cooling circuits). Unique designing developments of LGM specialists made use in floating nuclear power plant being at the moment under construction on request of the concern RosEnergoAtom. Those pumps got the highest marks summarizing the test results from nuclear directorate of the Russian Registrar of Shipping.

Nowadays with LGM and OKBM specialists’ participation on a base of the worldly unparalleled and unopposed serial reactor of small capacity with liquid heat-transfer metal (plumb-bismuth), the development of small industrial reactor of the new generation is continued with use of TsN 214 pumps of our production.
